With an exquisite sunset backdrop, there was no more perfect a setting than Hagley Hall in Worcestershire to host the Rolex and TUDOR 2019 Baselworld collections.
This year saw introductions of new models, dials, and combinations from both Swiss watch brands, with each new timepiece continuing to display exceptional watchmaking.
As a homage to the iconic associations both Rolex and Tudor have with sport, guests were able to test their precision and skill with virtual golf and a motor racing simulator.
On display for Rolex was the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II in Oystersteel with blue and black cerachrom bezel fitted with jubilee bracelet. Also available to view was the Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master 42, a new model adding to the Yacht-Master range of sailing watches, and the Oyster Perpetual Sea-Dweller, which was introduced in a yellow Rolesor version.
For TUDOR, the Black Bay family welcomed four distinct models, including the unique Black Bay Bronze with slate grey dial, and a version of the Black Bay Chrono in steel and gold. Also on display for watch connoisseurs and collectors was the Black Bay P01, a tribute to a prototype from the 1960s.
