The exquisite surroundings of Hagley Hall in Worcestershire once more provided the perfect back drop as Rudells entertained 30 clients on Friday 17th May. The evening was hosted in conjunction with the prestige timepiece manufacturer Jaeger LeCoultre and gave those present the opportunity to view a range of watches from the Jaeger collection, to celebrate 180 years of innovation and technical excellence. Guests enjoyed an 'Horology' themed dinner during which Janek Deleskiewicz, the Jaeger LeCoultre Creative Director, who flew in by helicopter, gave his explanation of the design inspiration behind his creations. All of the guests were enthralled with the passion and enthusiasm of his presentation. The climax of the evening was the presentation of the Jubilee collection of watches, which included the thinnest mechanical timepiece in the world. In celebration of their 180 year anniversary, The Master Ultra Slim in Platinum is a limited edition watch with only 830 pieces destined for worldwide distribution. This watch in particular was well admired by many of the guests for its simplicity and technical aspect. Rudells Director Sioux Jones said 'It was a great privilege to share in the celebrations of Jaeger LeCoultre's 180th anniversary in a very special year in which Rudells celebrate 75 years' she also commented 'The Jaeger LeCoultre Jubilee collection certainly lived up to all the anticipation'. The balance between elegance and supreme quality is the hallmark Jaeger LeCoultre and was there for all to see.
